Arrival

Getting in

Your current entry instructions and door code are sent through your booking app one day before arrival.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
If the home is still being cleaned when you arrive, message us immediately in your booking app.
Early check-in may be available for $40 when the cleaning schedule allows. Ask close to your arrival date.

Door and lockbox codes stay in your private booking messages because they can change between stays.

How things work

Kitchen and gas stove

The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, pots, and pans.
To light a burner, turn its knob until it clicks and the flame appears.
Silverware is in the drawer directly under the microwave.

TV and streaming

Use the TV remote or the Roku mobile app.
For the Roku app, connect your phone to this home’s Wi-Fi, open Devices, and select the Roku TV.
If it does not appear, restart both the phone and TV and try again.

Laundry, linens, and supplies

The washer and dryer are inside the home.
Extra sheets and blankets are stored in the closets.
Extra toilet paper is in the bathroom cabinet or under the sink.
An iron may be in a closet or bathroom.

Home layout and recreation

Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are on the first floor; the third bedroom is upstairs.
The home includes two TVs, an air-hockey table, desk space, and front and back patios.
There is no grill at this property.

Heating and cooling

Adjust the thermostat normally during your stay.
Please set it to 68°F before checkout.

Trash

Bag all trash.
Outdoor trash bins are around the side of the building.
