For an additional city street permit, send us the registered owner name, plate and state, vehicle make, model, and color in your booking chat.
Follow all posted street signs. City parking citations must be disputed directly with the city.
More vehicles: One city street permit can be arranged for $45 per stay. Trailers must remain off-street.
Getting in
Current entry instructions are sent through your booking app after the reservation is confirmed. Door and lockbox codes are not stored in this guide.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
- Early check-in may be available for a $45 fee when the prior night is vacant and cleaning is complete.
- If the prior night is booked, early check-in is unavailable. Wait for confirmation before arriving early.
How things work
Kitchen and supplies
- The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a corkscrew.
- Dish soap and cleaning supplies are stored under the kitchen sink.
- Extra trash bags can be delivered when requested.
Laundry
- The washer and dryer are in the property’s laundry area.
- Laundry detergent is not provided, so bring or purchase your own.
- Clintonville Coin Laundry is nearby if you prefer an off-site option.
TV and streaming
- The smart TV is in the living room.
- Use your own streaming accounts and remember to sign out before checkout.
- There are no TVs in the bedrooms.
Outdoor space
- The yard is fully fenced.
- Guests may use the fire pit.
- The grill does not include propane; bring your own tank if you plan to use it.
Heating and cooling
- Some rooms may feel cooler than others.
- Message us if the temperature is uncomfortable so maintenance can inspect the system.
Workspace and safety
- A dedicated workspace is provided.
- Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are installed in the home.
- A broom and vacuum are available in a closet or kitchen area.
Checkout checklist
Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Tap each item as you finish it.
Please remember
- No smoking inside.
- No parties or events.
- All overnight guests must be included on the reservation.
- Pets must be included on the reservation; pick up after them daily.
- Share the driveway and do not park beyond the fence.
- Keep noise low after 11:00 PM.
