Park only where signs allow zone 1001 parking. Do not park directly in front of the house or in a posted no-parking area.

Important

Parking is not available before 4:00 PM. Move the vehicle by noon on departure day so the cleaning team can park.

More vehicles: Additional paid parking can be arranged in advance, or use the nearby Short North Garage.

Getting in

This is the first-floor unit. The entrance is the middle front door when facing the building from Collins Avenue. Current key instructions are sent in your booking app.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
To unlock the front door, pull it gently toward you while turning the key.
Early parking and early check-in are unavailable while the prior stay and cleaning are in progress.

Door and lockbox codes stay in your private booking messages because they can change between stays.

The washer and dryer are next to the second-bedroom door.
Laundry detergent is provided.

Kitchen

The unit includes a dishwasher and dishwasher detergent.
Message us if a kitchen essential is missing.

Work and comfort

A work desk and hair dryer are provided.
The vacuum is in a closet.
The massage chair’s cord may be tucked under or behind the seat.

Accessibility and layout

This is the ground-floor unit of a duplex.
The front entrance is in the middle of the building as viewed from Collins Avenue.
